The K Tuned sensor has a good reputation over all, looks good too!
Trying to find information on the CRV sensor and its compatibility but came up with nothing, it is obviously mounted on the other side of the TB but that is all i could see.
No part numbers as Honda do not sell them separate to the throttle body, also, most information on K Series comes from the US, and the CRV only came with a K24 over there.

Heard of the Blackworks sensors failing pretty quickly, maybe the K-Tuned would be worth the cost rather than buying twice?
Some good reading here, not all good news, there does not seem to be a truly reliable solution, but may help you figure out where you want to go next:

Well man, glad to hear your car is driving okay, as for whether there may be problems with the settings you have i do not know.
Are you planning to go ahead with engine modifications soon?
If so, then get K-Pro and a remap, more power even on a stock car, on board diagnostics, and you can even calibrate the TPS with it!
I know that is a dumb, unhelpful, and expensive suggestion, but it just seems more helpful than saying "i dont know" and leaving you with nothing.
The previous owner looks like he used a Blox TPS with weedy wiring that breaks very easily, and i guess that has caused at least some of these problems you have suffered.
Apologies for not being of more help to you buddy.

If i have helped at all, then that makes me a happy bunny! haha!
As for K-Pro 3, i believe it is an updated version that has better connectivity and faster operation time, plus a few extra features for security and mapping etc.
