how do i remove my front bumper coz i need to spray it soon any help much appreciated

all the plastic clips on the top under the bonnet
all the plastic clips from underneat the car (2 screws on either side here as well i think)
and it pops off
ive done it twice now... not as hard as you think

Flat screwdriver and gently prise them. WD40 if there sticky
