What i did was brought an old Lamber sensor from the local scrappies that doesnt work for a couple of quid, cut the sensor off and wire the chip to the plug ( so that you can remove it and reconnect it easily ) wire the two white wires on the chip to the two black wires on the sensor. the red wire from the sensor goes to the battery. the green wire on the sensor goes to earth. The green wire on the sensor goes to earth. And then the yellow wire off the chip goes to the white wire on the sensor. realy easy to wire in especialy if you can do it the way i have.

Hope that helps

No take your O2 sensor out and plug the chip in were you unplugged it. it wont work with the sensor still plugged in. Then just block the hole with a sump plug or the more expensive option which is what i did was to have a test pipe made with no sensor hole.

ah kk i get ya, is the battery not too powerful to power up the chip, i thought ya woulda needed to wire it to the cd player or something as it only needs 12v

did you just run a cable from the sensor upto the battery?

i will give it a go this weekend,

Does removing the O2 sensor and temp sensor not f*ck around with the ECU? Possibly causing over/under fueling?
