@BB Baboonface nightmare! lol didnt leave til 5.30pm, got home at 8.30pm traffic was awful
To be fair, it ended up being a totally pointless and expencive day lol
from waiting since 9am for a smaller belt to arrive, it finally turned up at 2pm. Yes i was sat an TDi for 5 hours lol
they got the 3.2 pulley and belt fitted and then onto the dyno for 2 hours!
Paul couldn't get the power any higher then 285bhp because the clutch couldn't hold, just kept slipping. Still got the OEM clutch on, i knew it would need replacing at some point due to the extra power the charger puts on it. Ive done well to get 2+ years out of it. Does feel better to drive but now i need a new clutch. Didnt think i was going to get home at one point, about 30 mins my house i started slipping like made and stinking but i managed to tip toe home.
Few things they found :
Small leak from the oil sump (needs a new rubber)
Tracking out
Buckled front alloy (was bouncing on the dyno)
HKS b-pipe too restrictive, need 3"
More money!!
