A set of discs and pads, best to get Bosch as they are a few quid more, but age better, and dont look terrible after some bad weather. Estimate. Disc £30, Pads £15, so that's £180 all in. Might even get them fitted for that price, but that would be a bargain!!

Do it yourself and get some instructions, not difficult job.!

Okay, i rang up Honda today and they gave me the prices for the brake disc and pads

£117.88 front
£52.48 front
£107.78 rear
£44.51 rear
TOTAL: £322.65 (without fitting)

They said its gna cost me a whopping £490 if i wanted the parts and fitted!
I then rang up a local garage and they quoted me £90 for the brake pads and disc to be fitted..

What would you recommand me to do?

Do what you can afford mate.

Ha ha ha! what a price! ignore that and get a local parts supplier, they will have one surely near where you live. Dingbro or something, you will get BOSCH discs for under £50 and Pads should be under £25. And thats RETAIL.

Its no more than an Hours labour to fit for anyone with time served, so that should cost at the max £60.

Search for a better deal, and spend the change on something as a treat for your car!!

If you have any mechanical knowledge at all, I'd say fit them yourself. It's a lot easier than you would think, only 3 bolts on each calpier.
