Quite like this! Type R grill and front splitter would go down a treat, plus colour coded rear boot handle

Rob - I have been considering colour coding for a while, but there is so much chrome elsewhere id have to change the lot!

I have a black / blue theme going on and have factored in the chrome, so may just keep as it is.

Other planned mods are as follows:

Repair damage to passenger door (Going in Tuesday)
Mugen front grill
Type R / Mugen splitter
Smoothed / deleted rear reflectors (on the bumper - ugly as hell)
Rear footwell LEDs to match
EBC brakes all round and HEL brake lines
Building a Custom CAI as the generic induction kit i have suffers badly from heat soak...

Love the instrument cluster in them though, I hope its a straight swap, i have one in mind.

I agree - the instrument cluster is pretty smart looking compared to other models. Posted the pic of the plugs for it ^^ so u can see if its the same or not.

So by way of an update, car is now in the body shop after far too long being sat with damage she is finally getting fixed, but it means i am without motor for about a week.

I had a mugen rep grill lying around so left that with them to sort.. now just need a mugen or Type R splitter. what do you guys think? Mugen splitter a little too much?

And if anyone has a Type R splitter for sale

They don't work I bought a set the plugs match but the pins need swapped about to make it work

So with the car in the body shop i am bored at home and have decided to try something different.

I am planning a custom CAI (similar to natty60's plans) and have the tubing arriving tomorrow. I want to fit it to the standard air box, with K&N performance filter. However the air box is pretty ghastly IMO and i have some Carbon fibre vinyl left over from my previous dash wrap. So...

I am going to set about smooting the air box by sanding & filler and carbon wrap it. No idea how it will turn out, but i reckon it will look better than standard in the engine bay. I will update with pics once done and let you know how it goes!

car looks amazing dude. one question.. are you keeping the chrome on the back? would look dope if you did it black to match the car. pure murdered out
