As much as i love mine, ep1s are never going to be that powerful. best bet is to go for looks and sound. turbo charging and engine swaps really arn't practical because the money you pay could be used towards a ep2 or 3.

those side bumper things are nuts lol. theyre probably held on with those rediculous plastic bolt things the door cards are attatched with...nightmare. if so your better painting them.

yeah im goin down the looks route

the sidestripes are glued on and they went about 2 weeks ago  the glue was a nightmate to get off, had to used petrol, then t-cut, then paint renovator then some g3 but it does look better with them gone, although it jus looks like a normal ep1 now, doesnt look like ive done anything to it except a de-badge

Those side skirts look silly. Glad your removing them!

The EP1 will only be fast if you throw a lot of time and money at it. Just make it look cool and sound cool

yeah i was thinking a custom, would cost me about 400 quid for a full stainless system, then maybe a stainless 4 branch and a filter

would i be able to get away with a de-cat? or is it not really worth it?
