Im getting a new stereo soon so wanna sell my other one that im taking out. I know im not allowed to post in sales thread if im just guaging interest so il post here. I wanna get peoples opinions on what my stereo is worth when I change it for my new one. Heres the spec:

Alpine CDE-9871R Made for iPod
High pass filter
Full speed connection for iPod
MP3 playback
2 PREOUTS with subwoofer level control
R.D.S EON
4 x 45Watt amplifier

iPod cable comes out the back of the stereo and goes in the glove box, iPod is controlled from the head unit. The silver skip track marking on the forward skip button ( >>] ) has worn of through use but thats the only issue with it. I bought it 2 years ago and I have a 1st gen iPod so not sure which gen's of Pod it will take.

How much did you pay for it new? For something 2 years old then itl be worth, at most, 50% of how much you paid for it. Especially a cd player, the laser can get dirty.

If it is a standard headphone jack that the ipod plugs into then it will work with all ipods and mp3 players.

You have a first gen ipod? Retro!!

Oh crap, forgot to put that.
I paid £130 brand new and the iPod cable isn't a jack port, it's like the PS2 mouse port on a PC or laptop.

I only have the 1st gen nano cus I bought it years ago off a mate and it just sits in the glove box so never wanted to spend over £100 on something I don't need.
