im no soo good with my offsets and diametres etc so thought i best ask just incase.

Yeah they look like they will fit 
offset is fine, width is fine, PCD of 112 is i bit weird. i thought the normal one was 114.3. but that 2.3mm differance shouldnt be a problem?
