Perhaps the sensor hasn't been put back in correctly?

is it just souly the manifold you have on , if so could just be coincedence taht the light has come on just keep an eye on it , sometimes they light comes on for a slight difference in either fueliing voltage etc

I'm guessing the O2 sensor is working out the ammount of oxygen coming out of the engine to adjust the fuelling?

So the more oxygen coming out of the engine shows a higher voltage output from the sensor? And the car will increase the ammount of fuelled burnt in the engine.

If thats the case then your performance manifold with a bigger bore will decrease the exhaust pressure and probably decrease the voltage from the sensor too.

(Might be talking out of my ass but just a thought )

Have you noticed any drop in power?

I might be fuelling fine and you are still getting the gains. It's just the decreased pressure is probably confusing the sensor a little bit (Fuel in, air in....hardly anything out?! What?!).
