What do I need to install it? I know about a new fascia, am going to get a black one from audiosecurity. But what else do I need?
Also ive just bought a fli 800w 10" active sub that I want to install, it comes with a wiring kit. Do I need anything else to fit it?
Any help would really be appreciated

What kind of system will you run from it? Notice that it only has 1 pre-out and that limits your system a lot. I have this - with 3 pre-outs there's so much more flexibility in syour systemhttp://www.extremeaudio.co.uk/products/ ... 00ub/2468/
Is this a good head unit? Any help would be appreciated

I'm getting a sub and a set of component speakers. Is it no good for it?

The "direct sub drive" means a Pioneer thing. You bridge the rear speaker leads to get around 60watts of constant power to drive a subwoofer. Sure you'll be able to wire it up like that, but it won't sound very good. Also, if you try to turn up the volume a lot you'll risk of breaking your sub. I assume the subwoofer you're getting is 12" or bigger? But it has a sub out as well so I would be able to hook up a sub and speakers?

I'm looking at spending about £110 on my headunit, am I going to get anything better then this for that price? I just want a decent one that I can use my iPod with.

Well if you're only going for a 10", then for £110 that Pioneer is one of the best you're going to get. When you get a bigger sub, I suggest you use that pre-out for that. You can power a decent component system/coaxials with your headunit.Noo the one im getting for now is a 10" Fli trap, Im getting a bigger one soonish.
