hi,
ne1 got a decat for their ep3 civic. i have got 1 on order, apparently i need an ecu resistor were is the best place to get 1. do u gain power or loose it by adding a de cat pipe. ne suggestions wud b appreciated

No, you don't need an "ECU Resistor", what you require is a spacer for the o2 sensor that you fit to the de-cat.
It's called a "CEL FIX", search Google or :wink: and you should find what your after. :D

It's possible that you will loose power when you de-cat as the fuel map hasn't been optimised for the new conditions. A remap would sort this out...
Just make sure you re-fit the cat when it's time for your MOT otherwise your looking at a fail. 8-)

your car will run lean with a decat and no remap as i went through this same problem ended up not getting it untill ready for remap hth
