pro-kit won't lower facelift, not noticeably anyway. will improve the handling a bit though...

sportline will lower facelift approx. 30-35mm.

pro-kit lowers pre-facelift approx. 30mm and sportline approx 50mm

Going on by what you have said, I have found this set of Eibach Sportline springs for my 2004 ep2..

It says "This kit Front lowers by: 45-50mm and rear lowers by: 30mm"

Has anyone purchased this set of springs and had problems with scraping at the front?
Dropping 30mm at the back im not worried about.. but 45-50mm at the front, will this cause scraping in anyway?

Yeah, the Eibach Sportlines lower the car more than the Pro's (-50mm as opposed to -30mm).

Go for the Sportlines, that's what i have. :D

I had the pro kit on my ep2 and was never really happy with the drop tbh. The pro kit is probably more suited to our roads and a better kit, but id still have the sportlines just for that extra drop.

With the Sportlines did you have to buy anything else or jsut the springs?
as i've been told about Camber adjusters is it? or something like that?

thanks

I would highly recommend getting 14mm Eibach camber bolts up front and a set of Adjustable Upper Arms for the rear. This with a Fast Road setup will dramatically change the handling of your car.

People will tell you that you don't need to do this but you will wear the tyres out quickly if you don't get the suspension set up properly...

IIRC you can get a set of Camber Bolts for about £15 and there are plenty of Adjustable Upper Arms from £50+

For example, these will fit:

Hope this helps! :D

I've been reccomneded a place called Demon Tweeks that will supply and fit.

Yeah, Demon Tweeks are a great company. I have purchased parts from them many times in the past.

I take it you mean this place? http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk

You will need to purchase and fit the Camber Bolts and Adjustable Upper Arms yourself. I don't know if Demon Tweeks even supply them... :D
They certainly won't include the fitting of them in the same price as fitting the springs unless they have already told you that. I'm sure if you supply the parts, they can fit them for a small fee. Give them a call. :D

Seen these on Demon Tweeks website:

Front:
http://www.demon-twe... ... BE5.81250K (you'll have to call them asking for the correct 14mm fitment).
Rear:
http://www.demon-twe... ... 230K&app=Y

What set up are they doing on your car? Standard or Fast Road? I have posted many times telling people what settings i have used. If you are interested and can't find the info, give me a shout, i'll let you know the settings.

Cheers, Steve.

thanks Remould :D
I have spoke to Demon-tweeks.co.uk a few times now and they seem great!
£316 for Eibach Sportlines and a Fast Road Set up.

Other than that i have another option of having a local garage ((www.topgear.co.uk) this is where i got my rota's from and fitted.) supply and fir them for me, but cannot do me a fast road set up.
But there is a Hi Q tires down the road who can do 4 wheel allignment and camber adjustment for £60.
Topgear.co.uk have also said i wont need the adjusters, whats your opinions on this?

As demon tweeks is about hour and half away from me.

if you could PM me with your Fast Road settings that would be great mate.
thank you
