midway into fitting my induction kit i was trying to loosen the breather pipe from the engine when it snapped of. the snapped bit is the small black plastic connection to the breather pipe from the engine. i glued it back on with liquid metal but am now worried it could effect my cars performance if theres a gap or hole at the point where i've glued it. Any help on whether this will effect my ctr or not will be helpfull guys.

pic below just to show u what i mean

This is the water bypass valve, and I don't think it will cause too many problems, I may have one for sale in a few weeks, if so I will pm you and let you know.

It is a common problem when people fit AEM's etc to EP3's, the plastic "T" is notorious for snapping.

Glue should be perfectly fine though mate.

How effective is the water bypass valve mate? I presume it's to stop water getting into the engine from the intake. Have always chickened out on the idea of an AEM CAI due to the water intake possibility
