I didn't feel it was as safe as Knockhill as the run off's were so short, and then it was either a feild, tree or wall you were hitting. , but it was a fast and technical track. The instructer was saying i was hitting 110mph through the bends at Barcroft. I would love to go back again. 110mph through Barcroft? That was some pretty good speed you were getting through that section. My speedo was reading about 105mph and i was just about on the limiter in 4th as i reached the braking point at Sunny. I definitely need a bit more power as although it's pretty good in the corners, she was too slow on the straights.... I was able to catch the S2000, yellow EK9, red DC2 and the white DC5 in various sessions, but i only got by as they backed off the throttle on the straights to let me pass. I really need to get my cylinder head back and fitted with my new cam. It should give her a little more poke. When are you hoping to get your steering sorted? You'll be flying round once you've got the front geometry set up properly.

You'll be flying round once you've got the front geometry set up properly. What a challenge it was trying to get slowed for sunny, by the time the car was settled and you got on the brakes you were off again and setting the car up for the corner. When's your gas flowed head going to be ready? That should give a good increase in power. I was well impressed with how fast it was going tbh, you were fast round the corners then not much slower than EP3's on the straights. Emmm, dunno. I'll need to get round to it. I'm more interested in getting my new toy the now tbh. I'm hoping to have it set up buy mid August in time for another Knockhill track night. It should cope with the corners a bit better then, rather than fight the understeer i'm getting the now.

I know, i know. I should have washed it, but i never had time. Its just the road to my house that gets it dirty. Yea, its a buzz throwing the car round a track.
