is it just me or could you just paint the bottom of the lip matt black and it would look the same?

Yeah Ive seen sum1 on here with a milano ep2 had it vinyl wrap like that! I was thinking doin it in carbon some time in the future..

Err, no. This is the bit they are selling.

The diffuser is underneath the rear lip.

yeh you can just about see some "fin" type bits there.

And the flat undertray. Not that its going to do any good being so high off of the ground lol. More for looks than performance.
