For the oil return, greddy provides a bolt to replace the oil drain plug...

I don't know the name in english; but it shuts the turbo off so you can configure the pressure. I have a few other models if this isn't a good one for this project...

Hey coco-loco, I don't have VTEC, but I think Apox might be able to help u with this using these schemes. It's like reading Latin for us, but babies fairy tale for him :D ...

are those diagrams for emanage? (there too small on my work pc :D )

also i don't think emanage deals with vtec as you can use it on other cars without variable valve timing :(

Those schemes above are honda workshop manual schemes, these below are even more interesting :D

This is the closest I can get, the wiring of an S2000. Good news is, half of the connections seem the same as EP1/EP2. Bad news is, some are different.... Apox will find a way for sure, and the vtec connections seems easy too :(

Posted Image

This would be my translation of this scheme from S2000 to EP1/EP2:

TPS signal: connector A15-red/blk-Throttle position sensor
VTM: ??? possibly S2000 specific differential/oil pressure signal (I really don't know)
IGP1: connector E9 -yel/blk-Ignition input signal
PG1: connector A:
4-blk-Power ground
5-blk-Power ground
RPM/NEP: connector E26-blu-Engine speed pulse

And specially for coco-loco=>
connector B15-grn/yel-VTEC Solenoid valve
emanage sure DOES deal with VTEC, allows u to modify your VTEC kick in point :D

Posted Image

Good news for this one! Same for S2000/EP1/EP2, tnx to Honda for making this easy :(
Don't know for the grounding:
PG1: connector A:
4-blk-Power ground
5-blk-Power ground
probably one of these...

Posted Image

I leave this one to Apox, as I have no clue what's this one about!

Probably connector A:
27-brn-Igniton coil 4
28-wht/blu-coil 3
29-blu/red-coil 2
30-yel/grn-coil 1

Phew.... this one took me a while to figuere out :( Enough wires for today!

Even I can make sense out of it, and I'm nowhere near a mechanic's skills :( My guess is, it's noobproof, only we are screwed since it's not intentionally made for EP1/2
