I heard EP2 arnt that good for performace but surely there something out there to bump the BHP up a little.

followed by the usual stuff, ram air induction kit, new exhaust manifold, maybe a de-cat, and a performance system.....finally you would need to get it re-mapped propperly (i.e on a rollng road, pretty sure you need an aftermarket ecu for that tho....not 100% sure mind).
for the amount of money it would cost you would be better off putting the money towards a Type R.

Nope, that k&n won't fit.
And there are quite a few strut braces. J's racing, 2 types of e-tech braces, omp, tanabe, and some others.

No I didn't have a remap, it went lovely without one and i was still able to av 45mpg on a long motorway run

It's then a good idea to get the car custom mapped to help it run the best it can with the new mods and release an extra couple of horsies!
